Исправление samson, (текущая версия) :
можно заново sources.list записать попробовать (от рута выполнить/скопировать в терминал):
# cat <<EOF > /etc/apt/sources.list
deb http://deb.debian.org/debian/ stretch main non-free contrib
deb-src http://deb.debian.org/debian/ stretch main non-free contrib
deb http://security.debian.org/debian-security stretch/updates main contrib non-free
deb-src http://security.debian.org/debian-security stretch/updates main contrib non-free
# stretch-updates, previously known as 'volatile'
deb http://deb.debian.org/debian/ stretch-updates main contrib non-free
deb-src http://deb.debian.org/debian/ stretch-updates main contrib non-free
# stretch-backports, previously on backports.debian.org
deb http://deb.debian.org/debian/ stretch-backports main contrib non-free

получится то что по умолчанию установщик дебиана туда пишет.
