Как бы у меня так:
$ journalctl -k
Hint: You are currently not seeing messages from other users and the system.
Users in groups 'adm', 'systemd-journal' can see all messages.
Pass -q to turn off this notice.
-- Journal begins at Mon 2021-11-01 20:41:44 MSK, ends at Sun 2022-11-06 18:42:42 MSK. --
-- No entries --
А вот если добавить пользователя в группу adm, то можно смотреть через journalctl.
Но добавление в группу adm не позволяет сметреть вывод dmesg.
