If an idea doesn't get and/or sustain support Assembly may decide to retire it. We'll notify the inventor and all the contributors. Assembly may also change the source code license to the MIT license and all non-code contributed work will be released under the Creative Commons Attribution Non-Commercial 3.0 Unported License.
Не вполне понятны последние несколько слов: код они в случае провала намерены вывести из-под копилефта GNU AGPL на простую пермиссивку — это понятно; а вот некод, что был под CC-BY — закрепостить до несвободной CC-BY-NC? Это вообще как? Они имеют в виду, что удалят все свободные релизы из публичного доступа, и если народ не успел скопировать, то все — опоздал? Они что, контролируют все репозитории авторов?

Не вполне понятно последние несколько слов: код они в случае провала намерены вывести из-под копилефта GNU AGPL на простую пермиссивку — понятно, а некод, что был под CC-BY — закрепостить до несвободной CC-BY-NC?
