Dear customer,

we will be very happy to activate VAT exemption on your profile, but we first need to check that your residence legitimates your eligibility to exemption.

According to the type of profile you wish to register, we would need : - a scan of a valid national ID or passport for an individual. or - any official registration document for a company.

This document is just requested for checking purposes and will not be stored.

Thank you to precise us the reference of the account on which this exemption will be applied.

2.1.1 How to apply for VAT exemption?
In order to get VAT exemption, you must first create a customer profile in our systems.
To do so, please connect to http://cart.arubacloud.com/ and click on «Registration» button, in the registration section.

    In your customer area, activate VAT exemption option.
    In the comment area, please indicate us the reasons for this exemption.
    Place an order, choosing a differed payment (e.g. Bank transfer). Its purpose is to initiate the exemption process. It will be cancelled once our team has validated your request.
    Our Customer Team will be notified and will process your enquiry.
    You will be notified by email as soon as your request be accepted.

From that moment, any further order will automatically be exempted from any VAT.
