У MS 60%, на 2023 запланирован перевод 70%+. У гугла примерно то же самое.

We did it again in 2018. Our large-scale procurement of wind and solar power is a cornerstone of our sustainability efforts, and has made Google the world’s largest corporate buyer of renewable energy. To date, we’ve signed more than 50 long-term contract commitments to buy energy from wind and solar farms, resulting in more than $7 billion in new construction across four continents, and thousands of related jobs.
