For example, the state IPS Rostelecom blocks the entire blogging platform dreamwith.org. By the way, this provider was the one to lobby the establishing of the internet censorship law.

Since the 1 of August, this censorship system will be used to block content that was considered to be violating copyright laws. Some people have expressed the opinion, that this mechanism is already in use for carrying into execution the political censorship.

By the way, I revised the record of your speech during the recent visit to Russia. All of your predictions about censorship came true.
