This clause relates to all Intellectual Property created, discovery, invention, process or improvement in procedure made or discovered by the Employee (whether alone or jointly with others) while in the employment or service of the Company or any Group Company in connection with or in any way affecting or relating to the businesses of the Company or Group Company or capable of being used by such Company or Group Company.
19.2. All such Intellectual Property to which this clause 19 applies shall to the fullest extent permitted by law belong to, vest in and be the absolute sole and unencumbered property of the company.
