Не отображается второй диск в системе. OpenSUSE

Привет лор. Накатил на ноут (lenovo b50-70) OpenSUSE, и все бы хорошо, но только у меня вторым винтом вместо привода стоит HDD и его система ни в какую не видит. На SSD (120Gb Kingston) в основном отсеке стоит ОС. Виндузятина видит HDD, но возвращаться нет желания по многим причинам. Куда копнуть?

Использование нескольких прокси-серверов с ограничением количества подключений

Подскажите, какими средствами можно реализовать следующую задачу:
Есть программа, которая использует (допустим) 100 подключений к целевому серверу, но целевой сервер не допускает количество подключений более 20 с одного IP адреса.
Появилась мысль поднять прокси сервер на CentOS 7, к которому будет подключаться программа на клиентах, а далее данный сервер перенаправляет на другие прокси с заданным ограничением.
Перелопатил весь иннет, но подобной реализации нигде не нашел.
Какими средствами можно такое сотворить?
