Пол дня потратил пока собрал рабочий chan-dongle для Elastix. Ну если незапилят, то следующему который будет искать готовые файлы достанутся)

/usr/lib/asterisk/modules/chan_dongle.so
Рестартнуть asterix и сделать и «udevcontrol reload_rules»
