Excuse me, please if I address to you in so insignificant occasion, but I any more d'not know to whom to write...
I'm the system administrator of one of servers in Russia. On my server start the program which completely loads system and I can't convince the author of the program that such program should be altered...
The Author of the program considers, that the program should occupy all CPU resources of the machine(now 99.8%). I write this letter in last hope that the opinion of the founder of system will help with the decision of this problem...
Forgive once again for anxiety be relative so insignificant problem...
