X 3.3.6 поддерживают максимум 16 битный цвет для этой карточки.

Родных асусовских дров под линух не бывает, но энвидиавские успешно работают. http://www.nvidia.com/Products/Drivers.nsf/Linux.html Выбирай пакетик под свою платформу и вперед. Там даже OpenGL есть. А XF86Config, к стати, надо еще и под монитор затачивать
