Есть проблема с блокировкой url содержащих русские буквы пример:
http://yesche.biz/index.php/topic/369-скорость-в-новосибирскезакладки,пробовал вот так:

Где только не пробовал и стандартный url_regex и SquidGuard и dansguardian, все пропускают.
