После апгрейда на Jessie проапдейтил GE до семёрочки: фризы, падения, не показывает фотки. Ковырялся, но не вылечил.
А GE 6 не ставится из-за зависимостей.
Посмотрел, какие библиотеки ему действительно нужны, и переписал control:
