Я запарился уже. Поставил wine, он посоветовал сделать dpkg --add-architecture i386,apt-get update, apt-get install wine-bin:i386, что было мной проделано.
Пытаюсь запустить exe файл:
wine: '/home/artur/.wine' is a 64-bit installation, it cannot be used with a 32-bit wineserver.
Удалил ~/.wine и запустил WINEARCH=win32 WINEPREFIX=~/.wine winecfg:

Потом я завершил настройку вайн и запустил .exe, появляется пустой квадрат, в терминале ошибки те же, что и при запуске winecfg.
