Опять TVOut и NVIDIA

Mandriva 2006 Power Pack+, GF-5700
Для TVOut взял xorg.conf из одно форума. Там он с настроенным TVOut. Поначалу иксы грузиться перестали вообще.
Немного под себя поправил, но всё равно не работает как надо. На телеке вывод только если X server не загружен
или из иксов, но когда перехожу в консоль по ctrl-alt-F1...F6. Если раскоментировать строку

то иксы не грузятся. Кто что думает?
