и у меня еще проблема в том что вместо nautilus, папка открывается в Gwenview

Зайди в KDE в настройки дисплея и потыкай настройки. Отключи встроенный(lvds) экран.

В настройках поменяй стандартные приложения.

Лучше установи метапакет: kde-standard

я уже потыкал там везде, максимальное разрешение которое я могу включить это 1024х768, когда у меня сам монитор поддерживает 1280х1024.

Подключи монитор. И включи ноутбук с закрытой крышкой. Нажми кнопку включения и сразу закрой ноут.

А что у тебя apt upgrade выводит? У тебя какая-то мешанина из пакетов, видимо.

загрузка уже пошла от этой команды sudo do-release-upgrade
