Настройка vsftpd

Пытаюсь настроить ftp, читаю в сети и в общем есть успех. На другом компе видно мою папку. Но ни смотря на то что как мне кажется я все настроил я не могу копировать файлы и создавать папки на том компе где стоит фтп сервер. Хотя в настройках включил что анонимус может создавать директории и копировать файлы. В чем причина? Конфигурация ниже:
