smtp авторизация

mail.cf, maillog.. Откуда такая уверенность, что у тебя именно связка - postfix + mysql + sasl2?

А это что - mech_list: plain login?

Попробуй исправить на - mech_list: plain login cram-md5 digest-md5

Далее - allowplaintext: yes
