раздача интернета по блутуз

но ни мобильный ни виндовая машина не видет блутуза (BB:4A:BB:33:79:4D), только мобильные
в чем может быть проблема ?

да и еще одно kbluetooth при запуске пишет о критической ошибке и падает

возможно проблемма в этом ?

позскажите плз, в чем может быть загводздка? (почему другие утв-ва не видят linux машину ?)
