   -p: password
   -g: desktop geometry (WxH)
   -w: window geometry (WxH[+startx[+starty]])
   -f: full-screen mode
   -l: authentication level (noauth|warn|stop)
         -l noauth                - do not attempt authentication
         -l warn                  - warn if authentication fails
         -l stop                  - do not connect if authentication fails
   -a: connection colour depth
   -z: enable rdp compression
   -P: use persistent bitmap caching
   !not implemented -r: enable specified device redirection (this flag can be repeated)
         -r comports              - enable redirection of comports
         -r disk:Z                - enable redirection of disk Z:
         -r printers              - enable printer redirection
         -r sound:[local|remote]  - enable sound redirection
         -r clipboard             - enable clipboard redirection
