gprs - error

Добрый день!
Дано:
RedHat 9.0 (pppd 2.4.1, wvdial, kppp);
GPRS-модем WaveCom FastTrack(на /dev/ttyS0);
мегафоновская симка в модеме;
/etc/wvdial.conf:
