Как настроить ГПРС модем?

Короче пытаюсь подключить свой телефон Самсунг230 в линуксе (конкретно в мандриве 2006). Модуль ядра пролифик работает нормально, т.е. модем видит на /dev/ttyUsb0. Команды тоже отдает нормально. Когда дело доходит до запуска pppd, происходит ошибка. Вот лог pppd с включенной опцией debug:

Jan 5 16:44:45 localhost pppd[7756]: pppd 2.4.3 started by root, uid 0 Jan 5 16:44:45 localhost pppd[7756]: using channel 5 Jan 5 16:44:45 localhost pppd[7756]: Using interface ppp0 Jan 5 16:44:45 localhost pppd[7756]: Connect: ppp0 <--> /dev/ttyUSB0 Jan 5 16:44:45 localhost pppd[7756]: sent [LCP ConfReq id=0x1 <asyncmap 0x0> <magic 0xd30cd31c> <pcomp> <accomp>] Jan 5 16:44:45 localhost pppd[7756]: rcvd [LCP ConfReq id=0x1 <asyncmap 0xa0000> <auth pap>] Jan 5 16:44:45 localhost pppd[7756]: No auth is possible Jan 5 16:44:45 localhost pppd[7756]: sent [LCP ConfRej id=0x1 <auth pap>] Jan 5 16:44:45 localhost pppd[7756]: rcvd [LCP ConfRej id=0x1 <pcomp> <accomp>] Jan 5 16:44:45 localhost pppd[7756]: sent [LCP ConfReq id=0x2 <asyncmap 0x0> <magic 0xd30cd31c>] Jan 5 16:44:45 localhost pppd[7756]: rcvd [LCP ConfReq id=0x2 <asyncmap 0xa0000>] Jan 5 16:44:45 localhost pppd[7756]: sent [LCP ConfAck id=0x2 <asyncmap 0xa0000>] Jan 5 16:44:45 localhost pppd[7756]: rcvd [LCP ConfNak id=0x2 <asyncmap 0xa0000>] Jan 5 16:44:45 localhost pppd[7756]: sent [LCP ConfReq id=0x3 <asyncmap 0xa0000> <magic 0xd30cd31c>] Jan 5 16:45:14 localhost pppd[7756]: Terminating on signal 15 Jan 5 16:45:14 localhost pppd[7756]: sent [LCP TermReq id=0x4 "User request"] Jan 5 16:45:17 localhost pppd[7756]: sent [LCP TermReq id=0x5 "User request"]

Под вин все нормально работает. До отсылки пакетов по ГПРС дело так и не доходит, чтото с настройкой железа

всмысле?.. настраиваю все из kppp. свои сценарии не писал. В параметрах модема просто добавляю доп строку инициализации. Пробовал уже писать и скрипты конечно.. таж байда

Ясно, я уже не помню откуда скачал след скрипты:
Подправил их маленько и все работает. Вызывается: pppd gprs.
Все файлы (4 шт) должны быть в /etc/pppd/peers
