каким образом определить прерывание для pci-сетевушки?

какие еще прерывания? dmesg, lspci

lspci не видит карты (только карту на мамке, а воткнутую в PCI слот нифига).

в помойку карту. Если lspci не видит карты, ничто не увидит. И никак это не настроить.

значит тогда дело в железе, ибо эту карту я снял с виндовой машины, которая через неё в сеть ходит.

зарезервировал на в биоксе на всякий случай 15-е прерывание, буду 
пробовать на него вешать карту. Насколько я понимаю, при загрузке 
модуля в ядро ему можно эти епараметры передать. сцуко однако какоето получилось

короче там какието глюки не связаные с линухами, поставил карту в другой слот - заработало
