траблы с винтами

Доброго времени суток.

После относительно длительных uptime-ов --- день, полтора в syslog вылазят след. сообщения:

причем и для hda эти сообщения появляются тоже (но горааздо реже). Система стоит на hda. Под виндой (стоит тоже на hda) подобного не наблюдается (но длинных uptim-ов нет :) ). Ядро --- 2.4.21. 

В чем может быть дело (кроме упавших винтов)?
