usb flash Transcend - не монтируется

Дано:
ASPLinux 9, ядро 2.4.20.
usb флэшка EasyDisk 64mb - превосходно работает.
usb флэшка Transcend 256mb - не монтируется
при втыкании, в лог пишет (гм, версия не самая свежая но актуальности не потеряло :))
