По мотивам вот этого топика.
Собственно я уже писал, что посылал запросы в gnu.org. И вот одно из писем дало необычные плоды:
Author licensed his programs under GNU GPLv2 but refuse to give
source to users. To send the author of the source code requires the
observance of such conditions:
1) Use our software at least half of the year;
2) All this time it is necessary to report bugs in the programs;
3) To give good advice;
4) Be interviewed (3-5 simple questions);
5) Material support (optional item);
Are these conditions correspond to the GPLv2 license?These conditions are not permitted by the GPL, and the author should not impose them on the program. However, I'm afraid there's not much we can do about it directly. Only the author of a program can pursue a violation of the GPL, and since in this case the author of the program is the same person imposing the additional restrictions, nobody is in a position to take action on it.
Also in versioin for Windows Author distribute program with Qt
libraries but without LGPL license file.If true, this is a violation of the LGPL, and the copyright holders of Qt may be able to address it. Please send this information to the developers of Qt.
Best regards,
