sfdisk не может открыть диск

Пытаюсь установить Manjaro. Установка ломается в самом начале на выолнении команды sfdisk /dev/sda

Подскажите, пожалуйста, что с этим можно сделать. Всё записать нулями?

Ошибка при установке opencv2-opt

Пытаюсь установить timedoctorpro из AUR, для него необходимо opencv2-opt. Но при билде получаю ошибку:

Не могу подключиться к любому wifi.

Перемещение Polygon. relocate

(В Java новичек) Хочу изменить положение Polygon figure (по углам Polygon way). На первой итерации перемещается, потом нет, хотя getLayoutX и getLayoutY выдают правильное изменение. requestLayout() ничего не меняет.

Установка, разметка c UEFI, но MBR.

Впервые столкнулся с UEFI. Насколько я понял GPT для UEFI, а MBR для BIOS, и менять крайне не рекомендуется. efivar проверил. Но cgdisk /dev/sda выдает: Could not load partitions from '/dev/sda'! Aborting!

gdisk /dev/sda выдает:

Ноутбук новый на нем только FreeDOS и документация (судя по всему, в виде линукса, efi в /sys/firmware/ нет).

Что лучше делать в таком случае: все равно использовать GPT или UEFI+MBR или вообще BIOS по привычке?

Расположение кнопок заголовка.

Как в Chromium перенести кнопки свернуть, максимизировать, закрыть налево? Использовать системный заголовок не подходит, т.к. отнимает место да выглядит плохо. Можно ли это сделать без залезания в исходный код?

Настроить раскладку клавиатуры по умолчанию; для всех окон.

Раскладку клавиатуры меняю в autostart: setxkbmap -layout ru,us -variant -option grp:alt_shift_toggle. Стоит sbxkb для отображения в трее. (При установке раскладку клавиатуры loadkeys не выполнял, оставив по умолчанию)

При включении по умолчанию русская раскладка и для каждого окна своя. Как сделать, чтобы раскладка была общей на все приложения и по умолчанию была английской? Можно ли это сделать без xxkb?

Не обновляется/перерисовывается рабочий стол

Ноутбук с двумя видеокартами (Nvidia, Intel). Решил перейти на arch. Сначала ставил на виртуальную с awesome, потом с openbox. Проблема появлялась и там, но не разбирался, т.к. думал, что из-за виртуалки. Сейчас поставил arch с openbox, рабочий стол все так же не обновляется/перерисовывается. Т.е. при закрытии приложения, изображение его остается, след за окном при смещении и т.д. В самих приложениях (chromium, xterm) все нормально. Пытался устанавливать различные драйвера, bumblebee. Никакого итога.
