Fedora не использует реальную частоту процессора.

Разгонял процессор с 3 ГГц до 3.5, но сегодня выяснил, что fedora похоже не использует максимальную частоту процессора.

AMD Turbo Core

Доброго времени суток. Подскажите пожалуйста как включить Turbo Core в процессоре AMD A8-5557M. Данный процессор спокойно может в 2800 MHz и иногда даже в 3100, но под линуксом его потолок 2100 MHz.

Частота CPU заблокировалась на 1.8Ghz из 2.3Ghz(+Boots) возможных

В общем имею AMD A10.

Ни смена governor, ни смена максимальной частоты не помогает. Выше 1.8 не выходит. При этом

2300000
Все это на арче. Никто не встречался с таким? laptop-mode выключен. Да вот что еще странно:

Странно работает CPU Throttling

Процессор на ноутбуке при нагрузке сбавляет частоту ниже номинальной, хотя температура 48 и в windows такого не наблюдается.

Температура процессора 48 градусов. В windows такого уменьшения не наблюдается, все ядра при полной загрузке работают на 2100MHz. В целом windows работает шустрее.

В чем может быть проблема?
