dvd --> mpeg4

Собственно, сабж. Но есть проблема: звук отстает от видео секунды на 3. При этом проигрывается он нормально. Пробовал конвертнуть его и
transcode и mencoder, и по отдельности звук и видео, а потом склеить. Ни фига.Причем другие диски конвертяться без проблем. Похоже сам диск такой
странный. Вот чего кажет mplayer:
