Сейчас tfoot на форуме располагается после tbody. На самом деле секции должны располагаться в таком порядке: thead, tfoot, tbody. Эти секции были сделаны для того, чтобы еще до конца загрузки таблицы браузер мог отображать thead и tfoot.
