Jean-Baptiste Lallement from the Ubuntu Quality Assurance team has announced the introduction of a weekly testing program for nVidia proprietary drivers.
If you want to be part of the team you will need:
A computer with an nVIDIA (GeForce 7 or newer) graphics card A spare partition on that system (If you don’t have a spare partition you can easily create one.) One hour of your time per week An Internet connection
Full instructions are available on the testing wiki page for those of you ready to get started.
Don’t worry AMD/ATI folks, when updated drivers are available from AMD the testing procedure will be added to the page.
