Arch, fluxbox Странное... Thunar на отлично монтирует диски и флешки. Pcmanfm раньше тоже справлялся, но после какого-то из апдейтов перестал. В конфиге писимана автомаунт включен.
PolicyKit грузится при старте и выглядит так:
