Upon any termination of the Employee’s employment hereunder, (i)..., (ii)...,
(iii) in the event of ay termination under clauses (b) or (d), the Employee shall reimburse the Company for all amounts paid for (or to the Employee as reimbursement for) any training, education, post-education qualifications and other educational, training, qualification, credentialing or other costs, in light of the Company’s inability to continue to benefit from such expenditures.
В пунктах (b) и (d) сказано, что (b) - работник может разорвать контракт, известив компанию за 90 дней, (d) - компания может разорвать договор, если он нанесет ей какой-нибудь ущерб и т.д.
Вопрос про «or other costs» - что это? Входит ли сюда аренда квартиры (за истекший период), перелет, страховка и виза? Написано «in light of the Company’s inability to continue to benefit from such expenditures», но может ли компания получать прибыль от оплаты перелета, страховки и т.д.?
