Тут описаны 2 способа апгрейда — полная переустановка системы и через смену репозиториев на новую версию (кoторый помечен как Slow, Unreliable, Risky and Complicated). Алтернативно — через apt, который «may break your system».

Убрали из уважения к настоящим ценителям их творчества, о как. Рекомендуют покупать в Литресе. Обещают пресекать их дальнейшее незаконное распространение.

Для активации нужно включить browser.tabs.remote (лучше на отдельном профиле) и перезагрузиться. У меня после этого он так и не смог запуститься — падает после запуска.

Убрать ссылку на Lib.ru из карточек

Предлагаю убрать сайт lib.ru из полей карточек писателя по следующим причинам:

- Сайт содержит большое количество пиратского материала, размещённого без предварительного разрешения правообладателей

- Сейчас сайт является лишь одним из многих аналогичных пиратских сайтов

- Для тех редких случаев, когда у автора нет своего сайта, но есть страница на lib.ru, его можно указывать в поле «сайт»

- Для тех случаев, когда произведения автора уже свободны, должна указываться ссылка на Викитеку, а не на сторонние ресурсы.

- Для очень редких случаев «пограничного» состояния есть Викиливр.

Предложение встретило ограниченную поддержку и ограниченное противодействие. Основной существенный аргумент — на сайте имеются материалы, перешедшие в ОД, и материалы от авторов, которые дали своё разрешение на публикацию. Поэтому поле пока что удаляться не будет, но основной домен lib.ru включен в спам-лист. При этом в исключения спам-листа добавлены поддомены «самиздата» и az.lib.ru, а также будут добавляться материалы тех авторов, которые дали разрешение на публикации. На удаление остальных ссылок, как нарушающих авторское право (в понимании русского раздела Википедии) поставлена задача ботоводам. — Vlsergey 13:49, 7 февраля 2014 (UTC)

The document is available at http://document.netmundial.br, making use of an innovative tool to receive comments and external reviews. These contributions will be considered and will enrich the discussions at the event.

The 188 content contributions that were the basis for the elaboration of the document were submitted by representatives of civil society, the private sector, academy and the global technical community, totaling 46 countries. “The Internet is a collective construction and its governance process must also be built that way,” says Virgilio Almeida, President of NETmundial, reinforcing the multistakeholder proposal of the meeting.

The NETmundial reference document is divided in two sections, which represent the main goals that the meeting aims to discuss: 1) Internet governance principles, and 2) Roadmap for the future evolution of the Internet governance. Each section is divided into topics that should be addressed during the discussions:

Due to a shortfall in the budget, the Foundation board voted on 2014-04-08 to freeze all expenditure which is not essential to the running of the Foundation. This freeze affects sponsorship expenses which are unpaid at this time, but it does not affect the funds which we hold for other organisations.

By keeping our expenditures to a minimum while we regain some delayed revenue, we aim to have things back to normal within a few months. All Foundation members who expect to receive reimbursements within the next three months have already been informed of the issue and most have responded positively. The board will prioritise these pending reimbursements over other expenses.

The issue has been caused by a number of factors. These include increased administrative overheads in the last few years due to the increased turnover which has been caused by to the Outreach Program for Women (OPW), and the associated payments going out while the associated income has been slow to come in.

Вчера экономическая полиция Латвии провела рейд в дата-центрах провайдеров, специализирующихся на хостинге «пиратских» сайтов, ведущих незаконную деятельность. В частности, были изъяты серверы в дата-центрах Ad Technology Sia Latvia и Camel Host.

В результате рейда был прекращен хостинг таких популярных пиратских ресурсов, как «Миры Фэнтези», «Максима» и некоторых других.

Рейд проведен по заявлению АЗАПИ.

Собственно, это vn + point-and-click adventure + паззлы. Обещают на 10 часов и 150к слов (мало, но с учетом квестовой части может и дотянуть до времени). Игра вроде готова, тестируют на демо.
