Столкнулся со следующей проблемой.
При входящем звонке с внешней линии оператора в очередь, оператор1 принимает вызов и разговаривает с абонентом, но в этот же момент времени от этого абонента идёт повторный вызов, оператор2 снимает трубку там тишина. В дампе 2-го «фантомного» звонка код 481 Call leg/transaction does not exist. Такие вызовы периодически появляются с разных операторов.
Подскажите в какую сторону копать? Спасибо за ответы!

Установил на железку Cubiantruck ОС Armbian Vanilla Jessie 4.7.3. Сетевой адаптер не видит сеть, не присваивается ip адрес по dhcp, пробывал указывать статику, но пингов всё равно нет. В списке сетевых адаптеров отображается eth0 через ifconfig.
Помогите разобраться с этой проблемой.

Установлен Squid3+Sams+DansGuardian, squid настроен как прозрачный прокси-сервер.

Столкнулся с следующей проблемой. Есть корпоративный jabber сервер test.ru, через который общаются пользователи организации, если создать на данном сервере конференцию, то к ней без проблем могут подключаться все пользователи. Если я хочу подключить внешнюю конференцию например с jabber.ru, то он её не подключает. Возможно ли вообще такое подключение? Или jabber сервер позволяет подключаться только к конференциям, созданных на нём?
cервер: Openfire клиент: pandion,pidgin,miranda.
В логах openfire выдает следующую ошибку:

Сама резервная копия делается без ошибок, при восстановлении даёт войти в джоб, чтобы выбрать файлы. Директор (версия 5.2.10) установлен на Ubuntu 11.04, Storage daemon(версия 5.0.2) установлен на Windows 2008 R2. Кто-нибудь сталкивался с такой проблемой?
Добрый день! Хочу настроить правильную ротацию файлов, такого вида: 1-ый понедельник месяца делается полный бэкап, со среды по пятницу делается инкрементный, когда наступает понедельник следующего месяца бакула очищает том, и использует его по новой.
Проблема в том, что иногда в 1 первый понедельник месяца клиентский компьютер не доступен, в среду запускается инкрементный бэкап, так как полный бэкап не был сделан в понедельник, то он он копирует полностью данные, соответственно расписание сдвигается, и в итоге получается за месяц выходят 2 полных бэкапа, а нужно, чтобы выходило один полный бэкап остальные инкрементные, следующий месяц всё по новой. Есть ли в бакуле опция задавать хранение тома не по дням, а по количеству заданий?

Добрый день! Обновли версию squid до 2.7 подключил его к sams, но после реконфигурации squid перестает работать

Кто-нибудь сталкивался с такой проблемой?
Добрый день! Помогите с шаблоном dansguardian, который появляется если сайт заблокирован, сам шаблон я нашел он находится в /etc/dansguardian/languages/Rus/template.html, но данный шаблон работает только по фразам, если я захожу на заблокированный сайт, указанный в файле /etc/dansguardian/lists/ blacklists/adb/domains, то вместо данного шаблона, появляется белая страница с надписью «Advert blocked».
Добрый день! Столкнулся с проблемой, при копировании с клиента данных, не копируется папка Документы - secretar, конфигурационных файл в формате UTF-8/. Пробывал создавать ярлык к данной папке с другим именем, но все равно бакула не хочет её копировать.

Добрый день! Есть сервер резервног окопирования Bacula 5.0.3, необходимо при копировании данных исключать копирование файлов по расширениям например: *.jpg, *.avi. Или же копирование только указанных форматов файлов к примеру *.doc, *.xls.
Если кто-нибудь сталкивался с такой задачей подскажите пожалуйста её правильное решение.
